Please let Yana know as soon as possible that you are running late. If you will be more than 15 minutes late you may be considered a no-show and will need to pay the remaining balance before booking again. It is solely up to Yana's discernment to take a client past the grace policy.

Unless otherwise specified by Yana, for hair services it is best to come with (mostly) detangled, product free, dry hair. It is recommended to come within 1-3 days of shampooing. If you are not able to detangle hair before appointment, please let Yana know so that service timing and pricing can be adjusted.
